Fixed Fire Fighting System Co2 System

• Weighing done manually and by Isotope Liquid Level Indicator.
• On the Same lines of Co2 system.
• Hydraulic Pressure testing of all Fire Extinguishers
• Checking of Release system & distribution valves.
• Manually checking the contents by weighment.
• Contents in Fire Ext to be checked by Isotope Liquid level indicator.
• Contents of Pilot Fire Extinguisher checked.
• All Fire Extinguisher valves visually inspected.
• All Fire Extinguisher frames & Connections checked for tightness.
• Manifold inspected or Testing (As Reqd)
• Main Valve & Distribution valve inspected.
• Total flooding release system inspected.
• Release station inspected.
• Ventilation system tested.
• Distribution lines & nozzles inspected and blown through or Testing as required.
• All doors, hinges, locks inspected.
• All instruction plates on installation inspected.
• System reconnected, sealed & left in operational order, inspected date labels attached.

Halon System

• Weighing done manually and by Isotope Liquid Level Indicator.
• On the Same lines of Co2 system.

Foam System

• Inspect of foam tank and remote box including testing of alarm switches.
• Service discharge monitor including lubrication of all moving joints.
• Check and service landing valve and branch pipe for foam applicator.
• Check and service pressure relief valve.
• Operational test fire pump and foam pump.
• Check functional test all feed valve and delivery valves.
• Service & test all in-line inductors (for foam proportional system only)

Dry Powder System

• Complete System Inspection
• Inspect and clarify dry powder unit and content.
• Inspect and check N2 cylinder content and regulator.
• Functional test remote boxes & check weight of pilot cylinder.
• Service discharge monitor including lubricating of moving joints.
• Service and check pressure relief valve.
• Inspection of DP Outlet Station.

Breathing Apparatus

• SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus)
• ELSA (Emergency Life Saving Appliance)
• EEBD (Emergency Escape Breathing Device)
